Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information: We offer shipping by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most purchases. In some rare cases we may use UPS, but mostly we ship using the most affordable method available. If you require urgent shipping or an alternate shipping method, please make note in the comments section of your order, or contact us via email or phone and we will gladly help you!
Damaged shipments: We require you to notify us within 72 hours of reciept of your shipment to report damages or problems. Please contact us via email or phone for assistance with damaged or incorrect shipments.
Returns: Purchases are returnable within 7 days of receipt, with prior authorization. Purchaser (you) is responsible for the cost of shipping on returns for any other reason than damaged or incorrect merchandise. Please contact us via email or phone if you have any questions.
